More than 13,000 anaesthetic incidents reported to date.

We're proud to announce that there have now been more than 13,000 incidents reported to webAIRS. In fact, webAIRS now stands as the largest anaesthetic incident reporting and learning database in the world!

Built by anaesthetists and supported by our three organisations across Australia and New Zealand, webAIRS reflects our shared dedication to patient safety and continuous improvement. Each report represents a colleague’s insight and willingness to learn and share, turning individual experiences into collective wisdom.

Every contribution strengthens our understanding and helps shape safer anaesthesia for the future. Whether you’ve reported before or are new to webAIRS, your experiences matter, so join the growing community of anaesthetists who are making a difference, one report at a time.
