Pain Medicine Fellow

Join Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora in Wellington in a two-year, fixed-term opportunity (6 December 2026 - 6 December 2028) to undertake vocational training towards becoming an ANZCA-qualified Pain Medicine Specialist.
Working within an experienced regional tertiary multidisciplinary team, you'll complete the required clinical training hours while gaining experience in interdisciplinary assessments, ultrasound and fluoroscopy-guided interventions, and innovative pain management research.
Applicants must be vocationally registered with the Medical Council of New Zealand (MCNZ) and hold FANZCA or another eligible surgical, medical, or general practice specialist qualification, with vocational registration or eligibility for registration with the MCNZ in that specialty.
