Once the supervisor/assessor enters the assessments details and rubric marks, it is the responsibility of the participant to fill in the appropriate sections and ‘submit’ the form. If internet availability prevents access to the LMS where the assessments are located, the assessment forms can be downloaded by the supervisors/assessors. Please notify us if you are experiencing any issues accessing the assessment documents on the LMS.
