Queensland ACE September evening webinar

Join us on Wednesday 2 September at 7pm for the Queensland ACE September evening webinar “COVID epidemiology and preparedness Q&A”.

This is being held in lieu of the face-to-face evening lecture. All ANZCA and FPM fellows and trainees, and allied health professionals are welcome. 


Dr Geoffrey Playford, Infectious Disease Specialist, and Dr Francesca Rawlins, Deputy Director of Anaesthesia at Princess Alexandra Hospital will discuss what we know about COVID-19 so far and how, armed with the facts, you can prepare yourself and your facility to safely manage the COVID-19 positive patient.
The talks will be followed by a live Q&A session where attendees will have the opportunity to put questions forward. Questions are also welcome to be submitted in advance via email, and we will endeavour to have them answered.

Cost and registration

The cost of attending is $22. Registration is open to ANZCA and FPM fellows and trainees, and allied health professionals.If you don't have a college ID, please email us to register. Details of how to join the webinar will be sent to registered attendees the day prior.

Continuing professional development (CPD)

Participants in the ANZCA and FPM CPD Program can claim the following credits:

Knowledge and skills categories: Lectures for one credit per hour

We will automatically credit your attendance to your CPD portfolio within 14 days of the conclusion of the meeting. Delegates who are not participants in the ANZCA and FPM CPD Program should check with their respective colleges regarding CPD.
