Our new Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Framework, which sets out a clear and unified approach to advancing inclusive, equitable, and respectful environments across the college and the professions we serve.
The framework is supported by the ANZCA DEI Roadmap, which identifies eight priority areas and outlines practical actions to drive meaningful and lasting change. Together, these documents represent an important step forward in strengthening accountability, consistency, and impact across our DEI efforts.
This work was developed and championed through cross-college and committee collaboration and is supported through ANZCA Council and the FPM Board, reaffirming our commitment to create inclusive systems and cultures that support excellence, fairness, and belonging for all.
