Preparing for the switch to MyPortfolio

MyPortfolio will be replacing the ANZCA TPS in late November. Log in early with your TPS credentials to explore the new platform and check your data ahead of the official switchover.

What's been happening behind the scenes?

The countdown is on for the launch of MyPortfolio, ANZCA’s new online training portfolio system that will replace the ANZCA Training Portfolio System (TPS) later this month.

MyPortfolio is built for you — to make managing your training simpler, clearer, and more connected. Behind the scenes, ANZCA’s data migration team is following a rigorous, multi-stage testing process to ensure accuracy and completeness.

This transformation began in 2024 through consultations with SOTs, ROTs, assessors, and trainees. Your insights helped shape the system and the rollout plan, ensuring we launch at a time that minimises disruption. While we know November is a busy period — with SOTs finalising CPRs and PF trainees preparing for fellowship — we’ve designed the transition to be as smooth as possible.

What people are saying

Early feedback from training supervisors and trainees who’ve tested the new platform has been overwhelmingly positive — highlighting its intuitive design, streamlined navigation, and close alignment with existing TPS processes. The ANZCA Trainee Committee took it for a test drive last month. Here's what they had to say (4 min YouTube video).

What you can do right now

  • Watch support videos: Short guides are now available on Learn@ANZCA to help you get familiar with the new system.
  • Download a summary report: We recommend downloading your current TPS summary to assist with data cross-checking.
  • Preview your data: From mid-November, you’ll be able to log in to MyPortfolio using your TPS credentials. You can explore the platform and check that your data has transferred correctly, while still having access to TPS.
  • Check out what the ANZCA Trainee Committee have to say about MyPortfolio in this short react video.

What to expect on launch day

On launch day, MyPortfolio will automatically replace TPS on the ANZCA website and portal. Any saved TPS links will redirect you seamlessly to MyPortfolio, and your existing data will remain available in a read-only format for reference.

While some features may take a little time to get used to, the MyPortfolio team is committed to ongoing improvement and support.

Take it for a test drive!
