The Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Healthcare (ACSQHC) recently published updated national guidance on credentialing and defining scope of clinical practice.
Hospital clinical governance published
The ACSQHC has published a new National Model for Clinical Governance for Australian hospitals.
New ANZCA member for ANZTADC
We would like to congratulate Dr Annie Xin on her successful appointment as the new ANZCA member for the Australian and New Zealand Tripartite Anaesthetic Data Committee (ANZTADC).
Dr Xin is a paediatric anaesthetist and researcher undertaking a paediatric anaesthesia fellowship at The Hospital for Sick Children, Toronto, where she has participated in their clinical informatics working group and gained valuable insight into how a leading institution approaches data infrastructure, governance, and AI-assisted analytics.

Dr Xin will return to Australia permanently in October.
