ANZCA Global Development Committee Scholarships

The Global Development Committee supports both local and international anesthetists through scholarships to support training and improve global health knowledge and understanding.  

ANZCA Global Development Committee Trainee Scholarship

The ANZCA Global Development Committee Trainee Scholarship supports a final year ANZCA trainee to accompany a visiting team on an overseas clinical or educational/teaching visit and thereby improve their knowledge and understanding of the challenges of providing anaesthesia and/or pain medicine in low and middle income countries. Due to COVID-19, first and second year fellows are also elibible to apply for the 2024 trainee scholarship.

ANZCA International Scholarship

The ANZCA International Scholarship supports a consultant anaesthetist or pain medicine specialist from a developing country to work in a hospital in Australia or New Zealand for up to a year.
